Individuals are responsible for any items they bring to the Studio.  Avant is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged at the studio.

 

Tuition is due on a monthly basis for all registered students for the term of the session [Summer 1, Summer 2, or Winter (Aug – May)].  Add/drop slips must be turned in to the office at least 1 week before the beginning of a new month for any billing changes. Registration fees are non-refundable.  Students are responsible for tuition for the registered term until the end of the term or until an add/drop form has been turned into the bookkeeping office.  Students who miss a class must attend a make-up class. Tuition will not be refunded or be used as a partial payment for the next tuition payment.  Students who drop all classes will be required to pay a registration fee to re-enroll, subject to class availability.  Continuing students do not pay a registration fee unless they are returning more than 3 weeks after the beginning of a new term.  There is a $15.00 late fee for tuition paid after the 15th of the month.  All tuition and costume fees must be paid in full in order to participate in recital.
